I specialise in national-scale capital works and infrastructure programs valued in excess of $180m per annum, leading multidisciplinary teams and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
My experience spans infrastructure, construction, public health, corporate and government — for organisations including NSW Health, Shell Australia, BP, the Commonwealth Bank and the Department of Defence.
I work to PMBOK methodology with a strong emphasis on risk management, continuous improvement and lessons learned.
